Office Assistant

Job Description and Requirements

Organize office set-up regularly

-Greeting, welcoming and assisting guests.

- Provide refreshments to guests when appropriate.

-Check/Ensure all office equipment’s such as personal work computer, photocopy machine are ready for use.

-Assist lecturer in their needs such as:

      a. print/copy learning materials

      b. sort/arrange the prepared learning materials.

      c. delivered/distribute the copy materials when needed.

-Record training evaluation course in system (data entry).

-Keeping records of placement tests.

-Data entry of each project.

-Assisting in the operation and keeping record of the projects

-Receive/transfer telephone calls.

-Perform regular inventory of office supplies.


Required Knowledge and Skills

-Background in Microsoft office (word, excel).


-Good customer service.

-Attention to details

-Fluent in English(Arabic is preferable)

Required Qualifications & Experience


-High school or diploma.

-Receptionist, Office assistant general.

-Minimum 2 years of experience.
