  1. JOB SUMMARY

 

Over-all responsible for the day-day-operations related to Reservation. Responsible for the daily forecast on the OTA (Online Travel Agent), Room Rate and daily booking reservations (arrivals of the day). Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports to the Reservation Manager.

 

  1. Main Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • All reservation inquiries and reservation requests are to be handled in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure all filing of all correspondences are accurate and updated daily.
  • All correspondence for the arrivals of the following day to be given to the Front Office.
  • Daily on-line rates to be checked among hotel competitors and reviewed to make sure that the offered rate by the hotel is up to market demand.
  • To oversee the Front Desk, ensuring all services are provided according to standards required.
  • To assist all associates during peak hours.
  • To monitor all arriving guests through guest arrival list ensuring that the rates, meal plans, vouchers required and requirements are followed-up.
  • To ensure that any and all required reports and correspondence are completed punctually and accurately.
  • To maintain an information file of all valid contracts for Corporate and Travel Agent.
  • Checking and updating the room availability morning and evening.
  • Prepares and submits on-time all department weekly monthly reports required by the Management.
  • Attends meetings and briefings laid down by the General Manager and or Executive Committee.
  • Performed other duties and responsibilities as and when required.
  1. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Accountable for the monthly revenue targets.
  • Compliance to the accounting policy of the Hotel.
  • Ensure all Reservation Staff are working in safe working environment.

  • Monthly Revenue targets (indicate figures).
