We are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking individual who has extraordinary interpersonal skills to tackle the role of Service Coordinator. This position will be based in our Dubai office but with potential travel throughout Middle-East, Turkey and Africa. 

The role of Service Coordinator is to qualify partners that seek to become Honeywell Service Partners in the Region. We need an individual who will dedicatedly monitor Honeywell Service Partners & Independent Service Locations repair performance on material consumption and repair quality, report back to Service Manager, Daily, Weekly and Monthly on Orders, Repairs and Spares consumption. 

You will build forecast for ASP inventory (based on install base, age of product, historical failure rate etc.). Work with Order Management, Logistics and Warehousing to ensure orders are logged, picked and tracked to ISLs and HSPs. 

You inform, train and encourage ISLs / HSPs on implementation of engineering changes work with Quality team on any quality related issues / challenges. 

You will be the key interface between Honeywell Service Partner’s and Honeywell Productivity Products on any critical issues and develop training material and hardware kits to train Honeywell Service Partners on new products. 

You will provide training to Honeywell Service Partners on running products as required and be responsible for On-Time Turn Around Times of all Repairs done by ISLs and HSPs. Along with Keeping repair product knowledge up-to-date and provide (remote) technical support for the full product range. 

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science

  • Hands-on repair experience of handheld / mobile terminals, scanning devices and barcode printers
  • Experience with Android and Windows OS
  • Analytical abilities
  • Reporting Skills using Microsoft Tools
  • Good communication / presentation skills
  • Accurate and precise in all aspects of daily work
  • Experience with running a repair center operation in the AIDC industry is a plus
