Sales Manager - Security Systems

Job Description and Requirements

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, result oriented Sales professionals for direct sales and business management. The incumbent would be responsible for generating leads, closely working with Presales & Design teams to offer optimal solutions, closing orders, ensuring timely payment realization and maintaining a long-term relationship with customers.

The incumbent should possess a thorough understanding of ELV, BMS Systems, PLC & SCADA. Must have good communication skills, pleasing personality, hands-on experience in Excel, PPT & Word, and be willing to travel extensively in UAE. He/she should constantly learn about emerging trends/technologies and be able to apply in the context of customers requirements.

Key Result Areas:
* Achievement of Annual Booking & Billed Sales Targets
* Key Account Development and Management. Identify, manage and develop a long-term relationship with and generate business fro m End Clients, Builders, Architects, Consultants, etc
* Creating a strong opportunity pipeline;
* On time submission of proposals;
* On time collection of payments;
* Very high customer satisfaction & excellent customer relationship;

* Preferred technically qualified but not mandatory.
* 5 to 8 years of experience in the industry
* Good experience in customer facing roles
