We are currently seeking a dynamic Receptionist (3 month contract) for our Dubai Internet City office to efficiently manage the reception desk and provide customer service to visitors and clients in a professional manner.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greet visitors, candidates and clients in a professional and cheerful manner
- Screen and direct telephone calls 
- Manage all inquiries professionally and timely
- Provide general administrative support including filing, faxing and photocopying
- Manage mail and couriers
- Coordinate conference room bookings and appointments
- Maintain and order stationary and kitchen supplies
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality

Requirements

- Candidate must have Husband/Father sponsorship visa
- Strong administration skills 
- Excellent telephone manner
- Professional approach to greeting all visitors 
- Exceptional organisational skills 
- Ability to manage a large workload from a number of sources with differing priorities
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Good attention to detail and customer service skills
- Corporate Reception experience/ Customer service experience
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
