Our client is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist Job Description (NOT LIMITED TO):
• Develop and execute influencer online/social medi, short term and long term, marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Enhance and focus on driving brands 
• Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders 
• Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
• Develop content ideas and write and curate content
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
• Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
• Oversee all aspects of an influencer marketing campaign 
• Determine which key performance indicators (KPIs) to use to measure/track a campaign (and then track those KPIs)
• Keep up to date with what’s going on in the influencer ecosystem and across social media


• Fluent English
• Experience in marketing/PR
• Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
• In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized with great time management skills
• Outstanding project management skills 
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Networking aptitude
• Positive and professional attitude, including dependability, timeliness
• Familiar with standard Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word 
• Think outside the box 
• Result oriented 
• Sense of urgency 
• People-person
• Curious mind
• Knowledge of social media
• Knowledge content management systems and other software.
