House Cook

Job Description and Requirements

1) Supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.

2) Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.

3) Demonstrates new cooking techniques and equipment to family members.

4) Determines how food should be presented, and creates decorative food displays.

5) Monitors sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.

6) Arranges for equipment purchases and repairs.

KPIs :

* Quality of food prepared
* Hygiene maintained in the kitchen
* Storage of vegetables, meat, poultry etc
* Prevention of wastage & spoilage
