Job Description & Summary:

• Lead work streams and/or projects end-to-end in Digital, Innovation and Customer 
• Experience strategy to implementation engagements
• Leverage deep expertise when identifying and using problem solving approaches and effectively define data collection approaches, develop analytical approaches and frameworks and leverage required data to formulate conclusions and pragmatic recommendations
• Perform advanced analyses and reconcile ambiguous, conflicting or poor sources of information
• Effectively communicate complex topics in an engaging and persuasive way to diverse audiences
• Play a significant role in formal and informal presentations and client engagements
• Communicate ideas, conclusions, and recommendations clearly, concisely, and persuasively in writing; deliver client-ready presentations and reports
• Establish and maintain strong, trusting client relationships; develop innovative ways to meet clients' needs that lead to client satisfaction, retention, and/or acquisition
• Engage clients in an advisory capacity both formally and informally and be sought by clients on topics within area(s) of expertise
• Resolve conflicts productively based on facts and understanding of different perspectives
• Meaningfully collaborate across different line of services to deliver high quality results
• Develop internal knowledge base; keep up to date with the latest trends from the region and from across the world focusing on digitalization, innovation and customer experience
• Contribute in business development activities, write and support winning proposals in ME
• Support the development of internal knowledge base - trainings, perspectives, intellectual capital, etc
• Work with colleagues in all Middle East offices on client work and internal initiatives as well as with international teams where appropriate
• Mentor and train other members of the business unit and the project team in order to foster a high performing team environment
• Develop your understanding of the key trends in the market and in the region pertaining to DICE
• Routinely collaborate with other experts to shape the future of clients and to bring about positive change



• The preferred candidates should be results oriented with the ability to show flexibility and adaptability.
• They should be able to work independently and as part of a team with a fast pace and a high energy that will translate into high quality results.
• Mandatory education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as business studies, computer sciences, engineering, analytics etc.
• Preferable education/qualifications: The following qualification(s) are preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role - MBA/relevant Master's degree, Six Sigma Certified, Certified Data Analysis.
• Years of Experience: Min 5 through to 15 years of relevant experience in digitalization, innovation and customer experience, preferably within a professional services environment
• Excellent organisational skills, having the ability to prioritise work load whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Previous experience in developing digital/innovation/solution specific strategies
• Previous experience in developing MVPs, prototypes, proofs of concept for services and/or products preferred
• Previous experience in developing quantitative business cases and conducting detailed ROI analysis
• Previous experience in identifying and detailing use cases around digital topics such as AI, Blockchain, etc.
• Proven technical skills in the following programs - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with computer programming languages such as JAVA, C++, .net etc.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Fluent in English but multilingual
• Arabic speaker preferable
• Previous experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: logistics and transport, consume industrials, energy, utilities, chemicals
• Ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project dictates
