Corporate Sales Executive

Job Description and Requirements

 Meet and exceed monthly sales targets assigned by the management team.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and customer needs.
• Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts.
• Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through sales calls, cold calling, direct emails, networking and social media.
• Meet with potential clients and identify their needs / requirements.
• Follow up on leads generated through retail stores.
• Target new and existing accounts for new business.
• Enter, update and maintains daily sales activities and client/customer information into sales database.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
• Generate monthly budget and sales forecasts.
• Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sale and demonstration.
• Oversee and follow up the sales process from quote to delivery of final product.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences to generate business.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute Corporate Sales initiatives for better results

     

Desired Candidate Profile


• Bachelors Degree
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of proven experience as an outdoor Corporate Sales Executive in UAE, preferably in the gift industry.
• UAE driving license and own car.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Quick learner, self-motivated with ability to work independently and a passion for sales and achieving targets.
• Negotiating and persuasive selling techniques.
• Attention to detail.
• Time Management, planning and organising skills.
• Very accountable & dependable.
• High ethics and integrity.
