Estimation Manager

Job Description and Requirements
  • Review and complete the bid forms and ensure that they are within the given specifications
  • Perform evaluation of bids and provide the pricing in a timely manner.
  • Conceptualize layouts for the project and review all estimates before they are being submitted.
  • Assist in developing and estimating business processes that will ensure applicability at the project level.
  • Coordinating multiple estimates simultaneously as well as review responsibility for multiple estimates or large estimates
  • Establishing and maintaining an estimating department evaluation procedures. Developing and maintaining estimating systems and procedures.
  • Assisting and/or leading in proposal preparation, presentation and securing new work Assisting and/or leading design-build projects.
