Head of Municipal Assets Division

Job Description and Requirements

• Oversee the activities of all department staff and ensure that they are implemented effectively, accurately and on time.
• Review all periodic reports prepared by employees and ensure that they are prepared within a specific time frame.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the information obtained by virtue of its status.
• Preserve and protect the assets of the department.
• Preparation of the estimated budget of the Department in coordination with the Director of the Department.
• Monitoring disbursement of expenditure in the administrative unit responsible for it.
• Monitor the achievement of the criteria adopted through the inspection and periodic reports and take appropriate decisions to avoid or compensate for error or default.
• Conduct a periodic evaluation according to the approved HR system.
• Prepare reports to the Director of the department on the performance of the department and inform him of the progress of work under his supervision.
