That’s why we are looking for a talented Marketing Manager. You will play a critical role in supporting Cardiac Rhythm & Heart Failure’s (CRHF) future in Arabianan Peninsula State (APS). Also, you will be focusing on executing strategy and marketing, and work on innovative product launches, including preparing the market prior to launch, orchestrating a successful regional launch, and driving market adoption with the goal of bringing various innovations to the standard of care.

As a Marketing Manager, you will partner with the broader marketing team, sales channel, cross-functional and global partners. This role is critical to expanding our leading market position and increase the penetration of our therapies across.

A Day in the Life 

We offer you a position where you will get to :

  • Support regional cross-functional launch teams and ongoing marketing initiatives to meet business and revenue goals of the Cardiac Rhythm & Heart Failure’s (CRHF) portfolio.
  • Support the expansion of currently launched products and ensure entities in the region have all needs met to properly sell.
  • Participate in defining and overseeing regional strategy development and execution.
  • Oversee inventory/supply chain planning including forecasting and inventory management.
  • Develop and grow relationships with key customers across the region.
  • Execute marketing positioning and messaging in alignment with broader portfolio considerations.
  • Partner with geographies, education team and functional experts to develop and execute field and customer education and training plans.
  • Partner with Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and other critical global and regional functions to successfully transition technologies and solutions into the marketplace.
  • Monitor competitive trends and activities.
  • Develop and execute competitive marketing messages in collaboration with broader marketing team and geography partners.
  • Gather market data and perform thorough analysis to equip business leaders with well-rounded information for better decision making.
  • Design strategic marketing programs to increase penetration of existing therapies in under-penetrated geographies and partner with sales management to implement.
  • Work with sales training and sales management to determine customer utilization gaps.
  • Discover solutions to increase utilization which may include customer visits, labs, and training programs.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop new clinical opportunities for current Cardiac Rhythm & Heart Failure (CRHF) therapies.
  • Leverage ideas and business models from global operations to develop our regional markets and offer new channels and services for therapy and care delivery.
  • Create marketing tools, messaging and positioning for innovative product offering.
  • Execute on regional market development and business plans in support of Cardiac Rhythm & Heart Failure (CRHF) businesses.
  • Assess market opportunities across the region and build execution plans accordingly.
  • Define customer value propositions (clinical + economic) supporting respective programs.
  • Partner with the sales team to execute on projects across the region that would help access more patients.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to Cardiac Rhythm & Heart Failure (CRHF) team and customers.
 
Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
  • 5+ years marketing, product management experience and consulting.
  • Experience in new product planning, launch and messaging.
  • Strong communications skills in Arabic and English.
  • The flexibility to travel in support of customer engagements and internal Medtronic activities approximately 40%-50% of time.
  • A exceptional level of planning, organizing and executing work; monitor performance and report program status.
  • A Proactive, energetic and positive attitude.
  • Exceptional skills on PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
  • An interest to deal with numbers.
  • A strategic thinking to the business.
