That’s why we are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist. You will play a critical role in supporting Structural Heart (SH) future in Arabianan Peninsula State (APS). Also, you will be focusing on executing strategy and marketing, and work on innovative product launches, including preparing the market prior to launch, orchestrating a successful regional launch, and driving market adoption with the goal of bringing various innovations to the standard of care. 

As a Marketing Specialist, you will partner with the broader marketing team, sales channel, cross-functional and global partners. This role is critical to expanding our leading market position and increase the penetration of our therapies across. 

A Day in the Life 

We offer you a position where you will get to :
  • Set and properly channel company marketing messages to the sales team and HCPs collectively.
  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Follow with the sales team and make sure proper messaging is conducted.
  • Lead new product launches through strategic positioning and execution.
  • Optimize product Positioning in line with SBU strategic guidance.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • To be fully responsible for all marketing and advertising of BU events.
  • Liaising with the local sales team, functions and MEACAT marketing for planning and initiating approval processes for all therapy events.
  • Document, prepare and share all achievements related to events, trainings and campaigns.
  • Full control of the marketing budget.
  • To be responsible of all marketing advertising material and ensure availability.
  • Liaise with the MEACAT marketing to ensure product allocation is sufficient and in line with the market demand.
  • Responsible of insuring that all product have been properly registered as per the requirement of the regulatory department.
  • Drive proper market intelligence tools to ensure 85%+ Market accuracy for main therapies.
  • Receive, store and ensure proper delivery of clinical material and updates to the sales team and develop effective delivery channels to the customers.
  • Prepare creative documents to compare and summarize between papers and publications.

 

Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years marketing, product management experience and consulting in Healthcare (Pharma or Medical Devices)
  • Experience in new product planning, launch and messaging.
  • Strong communications skills in Arabic and English.
  • The flexability to travel in support of customer engagements and internal Medtronic activities approximately 40%-50% of time.
  • A exceptional level of planning, organizing and executing work; monitor performance and report program status.
  • A Proactive, energetic and positive attitude.
  • Exceptional skills on PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
  • An interest to deal with numbers.
