Job Description

• Creating awareness of the company's products.
• Working closely with potential customers to determine how the company can best serve their needs. 
• Detailed and upfront phone support, product demonstrations, and onsite audits of potential customers' current solutions. 
• Responding to requests for information or pricing. 
• Preparing sales package proposals.
• Closes deals with customers in coordination with the Direct Supervisor.
• Enters all sales activity results to the Sales Force System on daily basis.
• Achieves targets as assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Communicates feedback, concerns or threats gathered through field activity to direct supervisor.
• Attends sales meetings as required by the direct supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
• Prepare offers and RFP for networking IT Security products from technical aspect and consult with the management for the financial terms.
• Conduct presentations at customer site to elaborate more on the technical features.
• Assist sales teams in their meetings from a technical point of view.


• Minimum of 1 years of experience.
• Has experience and connections in the Jordanian market especially banks. 
• Outdoor sales experience is preferred.
• Good technical knowledge and hands on experience in the IT security and/or networking field
• Ability to effectively and confidently present information and respond to questions. 
• Ability of negotiating and convincing others.
• Excellent selling skills.
• Excellent communicating skills.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Persuasive, dynamic and hard working person.
• A team player who can work on his own and under supervision.
• Ability to capture and analyze clients' business requirements.
• Ability to prepare professional offers and proposals.
• Advanced user of Microsoft office.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
