Quality& Process Control Officer

Job Description and Requirements

Key accountabilities:

 

A) financial/monetary: (revenue/cost):

 

B) customer/client: (internal/external):

Review and evaluate internal policy and procedures associated with existing and new products, services, vendors, customers and operations.

Support IT and business units relating to process adherence

Evaluate and document processes and operational designs. 

Identifies gaps in process and leads in the development and implementation of corrective action

Support Internal & External Auditors, and manage the coordination with IT staff

 

C) suppliers/ vendors: (regulators/others):

Coordinate with SAMA, Internal Audit and External Audit for any audit cycles tracking observation and corrective plans.

 

D) people/employee: (unit & bank wide):

Ensure the process knowledge transfer among its users.

 

E) internal processes/practices: productivity/quality/compliance/reporting):

Introduction, implementation and inspections of quality standards and procedures.

Assist QM and monitor annual IT audit plan to cover all IT departments, ITIL and non-ITIL processes and projects

Conducts regular internal audits and reviews to assess the compliance of departments and individual employees

Review and update SLA’s & OLA’s, and ensure their implementation in IT.

Assist with reviewing and documenting processes undertaking by IT

Generate, automate and produce operational reports and management information

Perform data analysis and provide trend analysis

Identify and track all poor performing distribution outlets and raise potential risks

Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality reliability
