Job Description and Requirements
 Organize shelves spaces as pre-set agreement between the Supermarket and the company, by applying the shelf agreement on shelves & follow it on daily bases    Organize products on shelves as per merchandising manual.(PlanoGram)  Ensure shelves are full of products to maximize sales.  Coordinate with the client’s shelf personnel / floor managers / storekeepers to make sure shelves are full of products, and where need be perform the task for immediate replenishment.  Build strong relationship with client’s shelf personnel / floor managers / storekeepers  Remove all discontinued or seasonal items off the shelves and ensure they are returned to the company.  Check prices on each item and ensure compliance with company pre-set price list.  Ensure full cleanliness of all products on the shelf to provide a good image (Keep the shelf clean, trendy & full of product)  Report competitive activities and recommend counter proposals to ensure company doesn’t lose market share  Prepare and help in creating any company display.  Perform shelf audits for our products vs. competition when requested.  Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental friendly methods.  To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager
