Job Description and Requirements

The role 

Information Management Lead 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing all process and procedures guide’s for the project and their implementation on the EDMS.
  • Ensuring the team adheres to the project process and procedures.
  • Providing guidance when deviation occurs.
  • Checking all information coming on to the system and process accordingly.
  • Following the distribution matrix for internal distribution of documents and correspondence.
  • Monitoring the control on project-wide data and records in the DMS database.
  • Producing quantitative, status and reports.
  • Supporting senior staff on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments.
  • Developing a training system on document protocols for document control contractor’s staff.

The requirements 

Your experience, knowledge and skills need to include:

  • 7+ years of experience.
  • Proactive approach to identification and resolution of issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Good understanding of the end to end software development lifecycle.
  • Strong influencing skills.

Qualifications

  • A relevant degree qualification.
