Senior Document Controller

Job Description and Requirements
  • *Job Summary**

AECOM is currently seeking to hire Senior Document Controller to be based at Riyadh. Senior Document control to join our Capital Projects team in TBC projects 

Reporting to AECOM Project Controls Manger, the Senior Document control will be part of our Project Services Team, office based, responsible for Establishes and maintains the Procedure & Templates for the various processes related to document, data, Material and Meetings Procedures, Reports and assist on Communication Quality and Commercial Procedures. 

The successful candidate must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. 

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required. 

Job Duties: 

+ Develop Policies, methodologies, processes and tools for Document Management system to enable the company to become a world class PMC Implement the system of Electronic Document Management System (IDMS) and follow up with the project staff the flow of tasks and search Excellency for the Project Data. 

+ Work with Senior Project Management to implement Companys document management policy, procedures and working manual. 

+ Set up processes, guidelines and responsibilities for reception, processing, filing and archival, controlling and deposition of various project documents and samples across the Design and Construction stages. 

+ Build Up the Exchange IDMS with Offshore stakeholders according to privilege level agreed and as per procedure. 

+ Manage the Change Management Process on system and Track the flow of Changes to the contract. 

+ Follow up the Workflows, Distributions & Tasks for the Project members. 

+ Manage project document periodical reporting to ensure the quality of the report. 

+ Support Technical Team in organizing the design and construction documents to facilitate the search according the Project WBS and emphasize on running activities documents on site. 

+ Lead the team on daily basis for the exchanged documents and support the team with the required decisions according to the procedures 

+ Responsible for the record of Progress Meetings to link the decisions and progress Status with the documents on IDMS. 

+ Draw the Communication Policies and Manage the Stakeholders data flow 

+ Establishes and maintains the Procedure & Templates for the various processes related to document, data, Material and Meetings Procedures, Reports and assist on Communication Quality and Commercial Procedures. 

+ Collaborate all Information sources in one hub and coordinate with Departments for data verifications and coordination. 

+ Build up the Data Set & Models and ensure connections to databases for online reporting and tracking on the designed Reports. 

+ Design all various types of reports in all its levels on Tableu/Power BI for interactive instant results

+ Reporting, Analysis, Interactive Collaboration Visuals 

+ Power Business Intelligence 

+ Oracle Business Intelligence 

+ Primavera Planning Professional P6 

+ Navisworks (Building Information Modeling)

  • *Minimum Requirements**

+ Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in similar capacity preferably working within a construction/design/engineering environment preferred.

  • *Preferred Qualifications**

+ University Degree ( Computer /Management Science)
