Job description / Role

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for coordinating all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
• Handling payroll, visa processing and government relation management
• Addressing employee conflicts and working with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed.
• designing and implementing training and development programs
• ensuring that all departments, management, and employees are working harmoniously
• assessing employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas.

Requirements

Required:
• Full knowledge of Saudi labor law
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor
