MEP Manager

Job Description and Requirements
  • Maintains proper and complete communication with the client on all project related issues.
  • Organizes and manages MEP staff on multiple, significant, projects in a multidisciplinary environment simultaneously.
  • Maintains efficient liaison with local regulatory authorities.
  • Ensures project standards, safety management and quality control procedures are implemented and maintained for each of the technical areas required to complete the job.
  • Provides guidance and training to MEP project staff.
  • Provides feedback on staff competencies and performance.
  • Identifies issues and risks that need to be brought to the attention of the relevant senior management as necessary.


  • To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 20 years experience in the construction and project management of MEP engineering, overseeing the full lifecycle of a project including testing and commissioning. 
  • It will be essential to possess a Bachelor qualification in Mechanical Engineering, whilst professional engineering membership is preferred.
