Job Description and Requirements

Saudi Arabia - Makkah, Jeddah

Job Summary

The position of This position will be one of AECOM`s team assigned to work at the client offices where it is required to work closely with the client and assure all of the correspondences are documented and archived according to AECOM standards. In addition of liaising with both the client and AECOM document control teams.

Job Duties:

  • Documentation & archiving of all AECOM correspondence with the client.

  • Support Proliance team to update information and close current backlog

  • Maintaining & updating a log of all documentation on daily basis as well as uploading it on the server.

  • Liaising with the AECOM Document control team if any queries from the client.

  • Support AECOM team assigned at the client offices.

Specific Skills Required:

  • Ability to produce reports and MOM`s.

  • Preferably English – Arabic speaking and PMO and Proliance/Systems experience

  • Good knowledge of relative software.

  • Ability to document and archive all sort of documentation MOM, letters, etc

  • Decent Communication skills and team work spirit.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity preferably working within a construction/design/engineering environment preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University/college degree
