JOB DESCRIPTION
Function / Title / Designation: IT Manager
Reporting to:Chief Information Technology (CIT) / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences / IT / Engineering with minimum 12 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure, Management Information Systems MIS, Manufacturing Execution Systems MES along with SAP ERP and Information Security for high-growth organizations. Including 5 years experiences in Manufacturing and Steel industry or equivalent, familiar with best practices of IT, management skills, good communication and presentation skills, computer literate, SAP knowledge.

Equivalent qualifications:
• High Diploma in Computer Sciences / IT / Engineering with minimum 15 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure, Management Information Systems MIS, Manufacturing Execution Systems MES along with SAP ERP and Information Security for high-growth organizations. Including 5 years experiences in Manufacturing and Steel industry or equivalent, familiar with best practices of IT, management skills, good communication and presentation skills, computer literate, SAP knowledge.

Core Responsibilities/Tasks /Authorities (Specific responsibilities/tasks/authorities are defined in the applicable Procedures and Work Instructions):
• Managing the functionalities of IT Division to ensure effective operation align with business objectives for business continuity and success.
• IT Infrastructure (Datacenter, Network, IP telephone, …)
• Manufacturing Executing System (L3 Automation).
• SAP System.
• Information Security & Cyber Security.
• Continued development on the capabilities of systems’ functionality and processes.
• Continued development to keep JESCO secure towards its electronic environment - Information Security and Cyber Security
• Periodic review and evaluate Management Information Systems MIS are meeting the business needs and organization objectives.
• Design, develop, implement and periodic review of IT policies and procedures align with SWOT Analysis.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing an annual budget.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
• Managing new IT projects by coordinating the project team and ensure project completion as per time schedule, as per approved budget and keeping organization management updated on progress.

Accountabilities: (Related to Quality Management System)
• To ensure effective communication of Clients’s mission, vision, strategy, policies and processes to promote a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and people empowerment within his responsible area.
• To effectively promote continual improvement initiatives in his responsible area that will enable to meet customer requirements and expectations and applicable legal requirements.
• To properly provide subordinates with the required resources, training and authority to act with empowerment, and accountability.
• To effectively implement actions aiming at achieving excellence in the performance of our clients quality management system and operations for successful business results and sustainable development.
• To effectively develop and properly maintain quality system documents and ensuring related training requirements and necessary competence are adhered.
• To collaborate effectively to ensure team goals are achieved by providing input into decision making and problem solving.
• To optimize performance in his responsible area through effective process management, efficient use of resources and reduced cross-functional barriers.
• To support effectively the conduct of internal/external audits and management of audit results and follow ups.

Accountabilities: (Related to Occupational Health, Safety and Environment - Integrated Management Systems) as per ISO 45001 and ISO 14001)
• Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the HSE-IMS.
• Demonstrate Leadership and Commitment with respect to HSE-IMS.
• Addressing Risk and Opportunity for the Continual Improvement of Company HSE Performance.
• Developing action plan and provision of Support for the attainment of Company Core HSE Objectives.
• Identifying hazards and mitigating the Risk that impact HSE Performance.
