Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Description and Requirements
  • Managing relationships with Hiring Managers as an internal service provider.
  • Managing a full talent acquisition portfolio.
  • Conducting full and detailed position briefings from Hiring Managers.
  • Sourcing CV’s and presenting pre-qualified short-lists to Hiring Managers with minimum KPI direct sourcing rate.
  • Pre-closing candidates on salary expectations within FM and salary band parity boundaries with minimum KPI offer acceptance rate.
  • Arranging interviews – International face 2 face, video conferencing and telephone interviews.
  • Introducing successful candidates to HR/mobilisation.
  • Database Management - ensuring the database and ATS (iCIMs) is up to date and is being utilised effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Marketing KEO as an employer of choice to potential candidates.
