Job Description and Requirements

Background and requirements: 

BA in advertising, marketing or communications 
Minimum of two years of experience in communication design at an advertising or interactive agency 

Job description: 

- Ensure all communication with the client post-signature until the closing of the project: 
- Schedule a kick-off meeting with client 
- Send a written brief to the project manager, the creative director and the supervising manager 
- Help the project manager prepare the Gant chart ( with deadlines and milestones) and send it to the client 
- Assure all the communication between the client and the production team. 
- Present all the work to the client at each development phase and provide written reports of the client’s feedback to the team. 
- Close-up the project and insure client testimonial
