- Develop, recommend and execute Owners' objectives and strategies to achieve this by optimizing operational efficiencies with the ultimate goal of maximizing profits and increasing investment returns.
- Assists Owner to realize the full value of Hotels and Businesses through a continuous process of value creation, process realignment and service enhancement.

Description

- Develop, recommend and execute owner's objectives and strategies to achieve this by optimizing operational efficiencies with the ultimate goal of maximizing profits and increasing investment returns.
- Assists Owner to realize the full value of Hotels and Businesses through a continuous process of value creation, process realignment and service enhancement. 
- Monitor and manage the operating performance of a portfolio of hotels and businesses in Qatar to maximize returns while ensuring conformance with operating standards and investment objectives.
- Oversee and work collaboratively with the appointed property operators to positively influence operational performance.

Requirements

- Hospitality Degree with MBA in business or Finance is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in senior positions in hotel operations, consulting, asset management and/or hotel development.
- Proven managerial in the hospitality sector in the western, eastern or developed market
