Sales Manager

Job Description and Requirements

• Participates in the creation and implementation of the sales business plan.
• Proactively identifies prospects, qualifying them, and determining their requirements, through cold and warm calls, direct sales, networking to create and maintaining referral agents, social media and other channels.
• Conducts on-site and off-site meetings with sales leads and potential customers, and provide assistance/consultancy in closing the deal. 
• Acquires key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in more detail with clients and explain how we work to gain trust to earn the business.
• Achieves then exceeds targets and objectives mutually agreed upon with Head of Sales.
• Initiates, prepares and negotiates proposals with customers for products and services.
• Monitors established contacts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develops potential customer lists to identify new sales opportunities using available information and through market research.
• Attends weekly sales meeting and providing sales report to Business Head 
• Develops and supervise preparation of sales materials.
• Liaises with operations department regarding execution and logistics of won projects.
• Arranges final handover and sign off of projects
• Liaises with Finance department to process the invoice of the projects / progress payments etc 
• Arranges to get and analyze feedback from customers

 

Qualifications:
  • Candidate with Engineering background with experience in sales & marketing catering to projects involving Loose Furniture ,Designer furnitures , Raised floor , Gypsum Ceiling , High end Carpets , Office Furnitures and Fixtures 
  • Degree in Architectural Design , Civil Engineering or related fields 
  • MBA will be an added advantage 
  • GCC driving License is a must 
  • GCC Experience is Mandatory preferably QATAR /UAE
