Senior Account Manager - Honeywell Building Solutions - Qatar

Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnership 

Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Honeywell Building Solutions organization in Qatar. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain long term customer relationships; Establish these relationships while engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the customer organization ; Early engagement in the customer buying process diagnosing customers needs and tailoring solutions to match; Will network within the customer account and industry.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account; Manage and build customer contacts, serving as the customer’s ambassador, trusted advisor, and advocate; Focal point for relationship strategies, account and sales plans, proposal strategies, contract negotiations, etc.
  • Engage technical buyers, economic buyers, and relationship buyers; engage customers at all levels in an organization including executive level decision makers; Typically manages 10-20 customer accounts with growth potential; responsible for account retention and penetration.

Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization 
Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory 
Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization

  • BSC Engineering – Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical
  • Extensive experience within a Senior Account Manager role in the Qatari market
  • Extensive network of contacts throughout the Qatari market
