Customer Service Representative (Omani Nationals Only)

Job Description and Requirements

JOB PURPOSE :
Interact with customers to answer inquiries about products, accounts, and services.

 

Description: 
Scrutinize customer enquiries 
Ensure the Enquiries/Contracts are reviewed and quoted promptly 
Conduct Market Survey

 

JOB CONTEXT:

This position demands the employee to maintain good relationships with the customers and support them in their day to day requirements. He/ She needs to generate revenues and maintain a healthy profit margin in all their orders with customers.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


Qualification: Minimum or High School/ Diploma Passed with minimum 5 years of Sales experience. 
Experience: At least 3 years of experience Sales and Marketing 
Skill & Competencies: Communication and computer Skills ,
