Area Sales Manager- Lebanon

Job Description and Requirements
"Area Sales Manager is primarily responsible of handling designated markets and responsible for focusing and supporting specific markets."   Job Responsibilities:
  •  Sales/ Marketing Plan: Setting/Execution of Marketing and sales Plan/ Targets
  •  Ownership of his territory in regards to knowing the market channels/ Competition / pricing and the product
  •  Client Relationship: Managing Distributor Senior Management and sales Staff/ Key account Management.
  •  Optimizing Profitability for the Distributor and MEA region
  •  Interaction with Supply chain to achieve smooth flow of supply (Over 500 skus)
  •  Reporting and managing daily operational issues.
  •  Working on imroving the Mix
  •  Portraying the Premium Image of the Brand
  •  Market intelligence and performance review of distributors. Execution of strategic action plans.
  •  Spending 70% of his Time knowing the Channels/ Mix
  •  Managing all internal reports
  •  Study and management of price position and profitability among all markets covered by Gulf Branch
  •  Internal coordination towards further enhancement of stock optimization.
  •  Coordinate with distributor in conducting effective and timely promotions and management of effective utilization of ad sub.
Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in tyre industry in GCC.
  • Strong command over English &  Arabic• Ability to effectively communicate with distributors
  • Sales Focused and Killer Instinct
  • Good Negotiator.
  • Industry/product knowledge
  • Analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge in Excel
  • Passion for sales & marketing
  • Driving license
