Job Description and Requirements

Quest Search and Selection are working with a well-established FMCG distribution company in Lebanon, who are looking for a strong Head of HR to lead their HR department and develop the company's HR strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

- Act as a HR Business Partner: Support the senior management with regards to all the HR matters
- Strategic HR Alignment: Set the department objectives and goals in order to enhance the business results and develop the human performance. 
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Ensure and supervise all recruitment within the company, establish an allocation resource plan
- Employee evaluation and Performance Management: Conduct the employee and management performance across the organization. Support the management and employees in the evaluation process
- Training & Development: Build and lead the learning & development programs, support managers in developing their career plans
- Succession Planning: Implement a dynamic succession planning process.
- Compensation & Benefits: Elaborate and propose the compensation and benefits strategy and policies
- Organizational Development: Contribute to the overall design and development
- HR Policies and Systems: Propose to senior management the appropriate policies and processes

Key Requirements:

- 10-15 years of experience in HR, in a medium to large organization
- Client and Solution oriented
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Emotional stability and ability to perform under pressure
