Corporate Sales Manager

Job Description and Requirements
Corporate Sales Manager needed for a leading company in Beirut, Lebanon.   JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or other related fields • 5+ years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in marketing or corporate gifting services; with established industry relationships and experience working with executive level business and marketing leaders • Motorized with a valid driver’s license • Proficient in English • Excellent MS Office Skills • Driven and goal focused • Ability to work independently, and without supervision • Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple projects • Excellent interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a rigorous and detail-oriented mindset • High ethics and integrity • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling techniques • Excellent oral and written communication skills   JOB DESCRIPTION:: • Meet and exceed sales targets assigned by management • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and corporate customer needs • Develop, build and manage a client base of corporate accounts • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through sales calls, cold calling, direct e-mails, networking, and social media • Ensure the availability of stock for sale and demonstration • Oversee and follow up the sales process from quote, to delivery of the final product • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections • Collaborate with colleagues and management to develop and grow the corporate gifting department (showroom, samples, etc) • Conduct market research and attend trade shows to find new corporate gifts suppliers • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences to generate business • Act as the account leader and key business liaison between the company and the clients • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients’ various executives, marketing and creative teams/leaders • Ensure that communication flows effectively internally and with clients • Ability to resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion and understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
