Job Description

- Facilitate, solve, interact and provide a high level of customer service that would exceed customer expectations as well meeting the departmental goals; - Create job cards for each customer through the company's system;- Communicate customer concerns with the relevant departments and ensure they are addressed and customers updated accordingly; - Prepare necessary reports and present to management in a timely manner;- Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.


- Minimum 2 years customer service experience; - Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving;- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail; - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and business software systems.
