Contact Centre Officer

Job Description and Requirements

The jobholder offers excellent customer services to customers by identifying their requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests and maintaining database. He should provide accurate information to customers.

• 2 years of experience in Contact Centre is mandatory.
• Excellent command of the English language, Arabic is a must. Kuwaiti Dialect is preferred.
• Banking or insurance experience / studies are a definite plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Service oriented individuals.
• Must be computer literate.
• Should be a team player with an aptitude for customer service.
• Candidate must be tactful and discrete when dealing with clients and must be able to handle confidential information.
• Males are preferred.
• Transferrable visa or on family sponsorship for non-Kuwaitis.
