Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description and Requirements

 Deliver annual sales and income targets and plan activities quarterly / monthly to achieve agreed targets.
 Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and develop new customers.
 Ability to sell cross sell multiple categories.
 Acquire product knowledge and advise the customers accordingly to add value to them.
 Provide customers with quotations and follow up. Arrange product demonstrations.
 Check quantities of goods in stock and accept orders accordingly.
 Provide regular market intelligence of new hotel / customer openings, competitor activities.
 Support the business unit in introducing new products in the market and do relevant surveys / tests as necessary.
 Advise on profitable selling prices and other relevant clauses/ conditions within the contracts for benefit of the unit.
 Inculcate healthy relationship with principals and collaboratively formulate win-win strategies.
 Take initiative to identify new business opportunities. 
 Efficiently handle customer complaints and escalate sensitive issues to the senior management.
 Follow up on out standings / payments with the customers.
 Ensure company procedures are followed with their customers
