After Sales Marketing Manager

Job Purpose
Develop and implement marketing activities for After Sales products & services while enhancing customer’s satisfaction & loyalty to achieve business unit objectives.

  • Plan, and develop the annual marketing plan of After Sales products & services.

  • Identify, develop, and evaluate tactical marketing schemes, based on knowledge of After Sales division objectives and existing market conditions.

  • Communicate and Align with all stakeholders (principals and internal) while ensuring the best interest of Al Babtain group.

  • Ensure proper implementation of marketing merchandise on floor such as retailer POS, posters, displays, etc.

  • Support divisional web sites in respect to after sales content and functionality for Accessories & Service.

  • Manage relationships with advertising/media agencies and vendors, including negotiation and contract discussions.

  • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.

  • Prepare all periodical reports required.

  • Coordinate/collaborate closely with Brand managers, PR and Digital depts.

  • Drive and lead all agencies including Digital and PR teams.

Qualification & Experience
Business degree, MBA is preferable
Certification: NA
Experience: 7+ years in a marketing position with min. 3 years in aftersales.
