Key Accounts Executive - Kuwait

Job Description and Requirements

Our client is a leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) distributor for more than over 40 brands in
Kuwait.
They are currently recruiting a ‘Key Accounts Executive’ as follows:
General Position Summary:
The Key Accounts Executive is expected to deliver a sustained competitive edge of our client’s brands at
the point of purchase for customers assigned to him. He will play an integral role in using a team
approach across all functional areas (trade marketing, sales operations, finance, logistics) to develop
further business results and secure profitable growth per assigned category and per customer


Key responsibilities:
- Works closely with various internal & external stakeholders (supplier marketing departments,
company’s trade marketing & sales departments...)
- Conducts and leads negotiations for the annual company’s business development agreements.
- Carries out quarterly business reviews, monthly sales progress reports, market studies and
promotional calendar planning and execution per assigned category, brand and outlet.
- Recommend and set specific action plans & objectives to improve operations


Requirements:
- Previous experience in FMCG sales/marketing/account supervisory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field
- Strong communication skills and personality traits
- Very good command of English
- Driving license is required for this role
