Solutions Advisor - Kuwait

Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of life 

Working within the Sales Support Centre team, as a Solution Advisor, you will work with senior staff members (internally) and senior procurement officers (externally) and you will be responsible for the delivery of the high quality solutions and bid proposals on time, and in line with Honeywell standards of quality. 

You will be responsible for managing one or more enquiries (direct invitation to Honeywell via Sales and / or Business Development Teams) or bids open in response to open tenders. You will also be required to manage the bid process within the guidelines established by Honeywell bidding processes and procedures. You are required to travel at short notice and required to stay for short periods of time to Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and other countries in Middle East to support the Security & ICT Projects in line with company travel & security policies.

  • BSC degree in Electronic, Computer and Communication Engineering from a reputed University.
  • Proven extensive Security & ELV experience estimating, selling, project implementation or an equivalent combination of experience in Kuwait and Gulf region in general.
  • Working Knowledge of various Security Systems including Honeywell (MaxPro, Pro-Watch, Win-Pak, EBI, DVM, Temaline) and Third-Party Systems (Pelco, Bosch, Avigilon, Axis, Milestone, Genetec etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ELV systems with the reputed Manufacture for (IP TV, PAVA, IP Clock, Active Switching, IP Telephony, Wireless Solution, Passive cabling, basic knowledge of A/V System, etc.)
  • Hands on Estimation experience in a leading Pre Sales role.
  • Security System Trainings and Certifications.
  • ELV System Training and Certifications.


  • Knowledge of the design and engineering of all the Security systems complete with ELV Package and do estimation for the same with the help of supply chain
  • Moderate Sales experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
  • Ability to influence at the operational level
