We are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to handle all sales activities within Honeywell Process Solutions in the regions of Kuwait, Iraq, Lebanon and Jordan. You will be responsible for the performance and development of all sales activities in an assigned geographic area whilst providing leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with Honeywell’s vision and strategic objectives.


  • Use relationships with the customer in support of local sales strategies alongside utilising internal and external relationships to accurately assess potential barriers
  • Allocate resources necessary for change initiatives, and aid the team to cross political boundaries
  • Build and motivate a sales team to cultivate and deliver results
  • Lead resources to maximize results from identified sales opportunities
  • Provide consultative support for building value propositions for Honeywell solutions
  • Handle a set of customer contacts and support account managers in their role as customer’s ambassadors/ advocates
  • Maximize competitive wins and serve as a consultant to Account Managers on negotiations
  • Lead territory and account growth planning and sales forecasting processes
  • Attract, mentor, coach and develop team members in support of sales excellence;
  • Motivate the team by creating a climate in which people do their best
  • Provide strategic vision to the team whilst effectively interacting with Honeywell senior management

  • BSC in Engineering ideally Electrical / IT or Chemical Processing
  • Extensive proven experience within a Sales Leader role within the Automation or Oil and Gas industry, ideally within the Middle East region
  • Experienced in complex sales: including engaging early in the customer buying cycle at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships; team selling and opportunity planning
  • Experience in planning, developing and executing sales campaigns or programs in specific markets or for specific products


  • Excellent organization & project management skills
  • An ability to direct, lead, and motivate others
  • A strong understanding of business drivers
  • An ability to manage complex situations
  • Significant (Management / Supervisory) experience
  • An Arabic speaker will be preferable
