Senior Associate , IT Governance

Job Description and Requirements

This role is primarily responsible for implementing IT requests related to projects, processes, budgets, and technology. Works closely with different teams in the IT department to ensure that all related projects are implemented on time.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitoring and follow up on IT related incidents.
  • Monitoring and follow-up on IT related audit notes.
  • Establishes excellent vendor relationships and ensures the delivery time is consistent with the SLA.
  • Act as a liaison between IT department and Audit (Internal and External), procurement and risk.
  • Updating IT process documents and required forms as being adopted by all related stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update IT knowledge base.
  • Other Duties that are assigned by the manager.
  • Manage and review Licenses.
  • Prepare reports on incidents, audit notes and any other reports requested by manager
  • Adherence to compliance regulations, high standard of customer services in terms of technology and  resolution of customer-related issues
