Regional Manager

Job Description and Requirements

Mission:

 

Work with the GTM and Direct/ Indirect Sales entities to manage, monitor and evaluate the assigned region’s Sales operating module including; set targets, projected revenues, performance tracking (Revenues, Market share, Targets, Animation and Merchandizing) and set up roll out Plans for projects, products, services in the assigned region.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Conduct Diagnostics in coordination with all business functions (Sales Channels, Performance and reporting, Marketing & Communication and Customer Care teams) to detect issues that impact sales achievements, market share and revenues in the assigned regions.
  • Coordinate with Business/ Marketing Intelligence and technical (Coverage and Complaints) all initiatives related internally, and competitors’ actions in the assigned region to design the retaliation policy involving concerned business functions.
  • Communicate the assigned region roadmap built to achieve the set regional KPIs (revenue, market share, targets…etc) to management and gain alignment and commitment to assign the required resources from business functions.
  • Support the role out models of products, services and initiatives in the assigned region.
  • Be accountable for delivering the planned roadmap.
  • Report the achievements in the assigned region, capitalize on the successful initiatives and implement corrective action plans when needed.
  • Utilize the assigned budget for actions that bring positive revenue and market share and report post analysis results of these actions.
  • Maintain high level of engagement with the sales managers from all sales channels to stand upon their needs and provide the needed support.    

 

Qualifications & Competencies:

 

Education & Experience:

 

  • BA in business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales or related field experience.

  • Excellent multi-tasking capability and ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
  • Team player who can develop cross functional support and motivate a team of matrix resources to deliver on key initiatives.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive and initiative.
  • Bilingual (Arabic, fluent English).
