We are looking for a motivated and disciplined candidate to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Intern the candidate will provide customer service and assistance to the users through phone and email.
- Follow up with all clients.
- Maintain client records by updating their account information on the system.
- Handle complaints, suggestions and inquires via email.
- Edit job descriptions or posts when requested by clients.
- Follow up with clients and ensure they're consuming their yearly credits.
- Provide accurate information to the customers in a clear, courteous and professional manner.
- Assist the Customer Support supervisor in all related matters.
- Current university students, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
- Good writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Able to report and solve issues promptly.
- Can handle workload and pressure.
- This is a 2 month unpaid internship opportunity
