Job Description and Requirements


Responsible for understanding and developing assigned territory to maximize and grow revenue and profits by selling PM products to existing customers and acquiring new business    

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:                                      

  • Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports Company revenue and profit targets                                                                        
  • Develop and maintain relationships with major or key accounts within the assigned territory                                                          
  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the assigned TSRs team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge                                                           
  • Ensure activities are in accordance with the developed sales objectives and quotas  for the assigned territory and team                                                  
  • Needs to improve customer service relations between the company and clients by conducting frequent and regular market visits, and Assists in resolving customer complaints by developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management                                                         
  • Develops and adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet within the assigned territory,and Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.                                                        
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses                                                                    
  • Build a cohesive team and fosters the team spirit by regularly coaching and leading the assigned TSRs                                               

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES                                      
 EDUCATION: College/ University B.A., Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience     
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position 
 Language :                                 

  • Arabic Fluent 
  • English Fluent                                   

PC Skills: Excel,Word,  Powerpoint
