Sales Supervisor

Job Description and Requirements

Job Requirments:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ higher diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven FMCG sales experience.
  • Supervisory Skills.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Team Building Skills.
  • Planning & Organizing Skills.
  • Computer Skills ( MS Word, MS Excel )
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Supervise a team of Van Sales Representatives and provide them with needed support to achieve their monthly targets.
  • Provide his team with needed field training, development and coaching.
  • Responsible for the team performance, applying sales fundamentals and achieving business objectives including: coverage, distribution, productivity and visibility.
  • Supervise the van loading process and solve any issues that may arise with the Warehouses.
  • Implement calculated van stock and ensure ordering the required replenishments.
  • Prepare daily reports that include: productivity, visibility, sales volume, competition, training, and submit these reports to direct manager.
  • Accompany the Van Sales Reps through their daily field visits to monitor and check the month’s priorities, incentives, visibility, and productivity and solve any issues with customers.
  • Conduct daily Cash Van stocktaking and prepare reports with the stocktaking results.
  • Scan distribution and coverage areas in order to find new opportunities in coordination with direct manager.
