We also provide equal employment to all participants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, veteran or marital status.   Project Overview and Role Palladium is actively seeking candidates with experience in several technical areas for the anticipated USAID/Jordan Economic Reform Activity - Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This activity will support Jordan’s economic priorities and efforts to implement its economic reform agenda. It seeks to bolster Jordan’s overall self-reliance by enabling Jordan to prioritize and implement reforms in several key areas: economic reform that spurs self-reliance, strengthening the business enabling environment, developing exports and foreign direct investments, and addressing the joint priorities of the United States and Government of Jordan (GoJ). Task orders will be generated from this framework that are flexible and responsive to the priorities of the GoJ’s economic reform agenda and the needs of the economic reform landscape.   Responsibilities

  • Advanced degree in business, law, economics, finance or other closely related field.
  • At least eight years’ experience in private sector development, business enabling environment, export promotion, emerging markets, monitoring and evaluation, or other expertise area listed above.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience developing and finalizing high quality deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working proficiency in English required, Arabic preferred.
  • At least five years’ experience in economic reform in Jordan or MENA region preferred.
  • At least three years’ experience on donor-funded projects for economic growth preferred.
