Deputy Office Manager

Job Description and Requirements

A well established student recruitment agency in Amman is looking to hire candidates for the position of Deputy Office Manager. The company is part of a 23 year old education conglomerate that owns 8 offices across the Middle East. The agency is an office located in Amman responsible for recruiting over 20,000+ students who want to study abroad to various countries around the world including the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. The company helps students study their Bachelors, Masters, PhD’s and much more! We offer professional counseling, accommodation assistance, visa guidance, flight booking, and much more! 

 

The candidate: 

 

- Must be able to write, read, and speak English fluently. Arabic is a plus. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A very positive attitude is a must!

 

- Must have at least 3 years of managerial experience

 

- British, American, Canadian, and Australian passport holders are encouraged to apply. Teachers and foreign nationals are encouraged to apply! 

 

- Must be able to establish a healthy and productive team atmosphere through excellent leadership. The candidate will be responsible for 30+ employees (education counsellors, etc)

 

- Must be able to develop organizational procedures and systems for employees including databases, organizing events, and keeping track of important schedules of meetings etc. 

 

- Must be able to establish and maintain quality relationships with private schools and other relevant establishments in Jordan and across the Middle East. 

 

- Must work well under pressure and demonstrate a very strong work ethic.
