Administrative Assistant

Job Description and Requirements



  • Meet & greet clients & visitors of CEO, answer calls on his behalf
  •  Perform general duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing & filing (Maintain hard copy & electronic filing system).
  •  Check daily things to do with the CEO to remind him of his meeting, follow up with his daily phone calls & pending indoor issues & with customers or vendors.
  • Review paperwork prior submitting to the CEO.
  • Set Annual, Monthly & weekly Meetings with Partners, Managers, Employees of company group & make sure all requested reports are on CEO disk before the meeting.
  •  Prepare any requested reports for the CEO or Board of directors plus Follow up incoming and outgoing scheduled reports to/ from CEO
  • Prepare Offers & Tenders as requested from CEO & Press sales team.
  •  Follow up with outside venders & suppliers on many issues as directed by CEO.
  • Make Travel arrangements & setup accommodations for CEO, Board of Directors, staff &Visitors
  • Prepare different correspondence such as internal memos &; letters, plus to external correspondence.
  •  Keep sales material in order to provide in offers & for customers

Candidates will need to show evidence of the following :

Bachelor degree in management or relevant experience in any related field
1 – 3 years of experience
Strong organizational skills
Attention to details
Computer Literate
