Accountability Consultant

Job Description and Requirements
  • BACKGROUND:

  • SCOPE OF WORK:

Assist the accountability Team in managing and strengthening the accountability system and services across country program. She/he is responsible to process incoming complaints and assists with administrative activities.

  • Deliverables:

                                                                             

  1. Receiving, recording, classifying and routing complaints for attention
  2. Support and facilitate internal and external referrals
  3. Responding to requests for information and channeling feedback through the Whatsapp and Vibar.
  4. Tracking progress and status on complaints and communicating back decisions.
  5. Support in compiling statistics for analysis and reporting on complaint and feedback cases
  6. Support in following up and assisting with case management progress and deadlines
  7. Assist in maintaining software (JIRA&ONA) to manage data

 

  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

(0-1) Year in monitoring, evaluation, Accountability and learning, and/or social services, with case management experience and interaction with beneficiaries strongly preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and excellent writing and editing skills.

 

  • WORK ENVIRONMENT / term of payment:

This service contractor is based in Amman with standard office work environment (8:30am – 5:00 pm) with daily payment and it is required signed timesheet.
