Ambassador’s Executive Assistant/Account Assistant

Job Description and Requirements
  • Secretarial support to Head of Mission
  • Manages HoM’s diary and events (including invitations/transport)
  • Development & updating of the filing system and maintaining a contact database
  • Account assistant
  • Translation of documents
  • Events Management
  • Supports all aspects of incoming Ministerial & senior official visits
  • Provides back-up support to other local staff within the Embassy as directed and when required
  • Liaises with government ministries and authorities to arrange meetings for diplomats with officials
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Head of Mission or other diplomatic staff

Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum experience
  • Holds a Bachelor Degree or a Masters Degree
  • Must be fluent in Arabic spoken and written
  • Must be fluent in English spoken and written
