Job Description and Requirements

Catania Solutions is looking for an experienced Software Sales Manager to contribute to our company’s sales objectives. Your responsibilities include supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships. As a Software Sales Manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.


  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Provides management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Plan and implement sales campaigns.
  • Develop sales presentation and proposal.


  • Have 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of ERP module (GL, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Checks Management, ETC).
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Lead contract negotiations and process.
  • Excellent strong skills in both written and verbal communication skills.

  • Having a car or at least a driver's license is preferred.
