Trade Ops Processor

Job Description and Requirements

Job Purpose: 

- Managing reimbursement accounts.

  • Effecting fund transfers related to reimbursement.
  • Supporting daily functions of Trade ops unit. 

    Job Background/context:

Considered as first and basic element in preparing / producing one of the major trade deliverable within the trade ops area. Reporting to the person responsible for managing L/Gs. Supporting other trade areas when needed, also providing other units of the bank with different trade data required. 

Key Responsibilities: 

a) Reimbursement: 

- Receiving incoming from different sources.

  • Confirm authenticity of the swifts.
  • Preparing all transactions for processing as per the bank policies and procedures.
  • Ensure availability of funds in reimbursement banks account, or proper credit approvals are in place.
  • Ensure correct routine and effect handling of banks instructions in all stages. 

    - Ensure correctly inputting all the reimbursement details on the Flex.
  • Forward the reimbursement for the authorizer for review and approval.
  • Ensuring the all the filling has been properly processed.
  • Ensure that the all the entries related to commissions has been processed.
  • Having all transactions processed timely and in case of delay the reason is documented. 

    b) General: 

    - Preparing different type of reports.
  • Handling customers inquiry.
  • Assist in developing process improvements when required.
  • Co-ordinate with the product team and the RMs to better serve their clients.
  • Assisting in preparing monthly proof, RCSA and DCFC. 

    Development Value: 

    - Employee is exposed to different bank policies and procedures.
  • Will be able to enlarge his knowledge in different Trade products.
  • Will be more customer oriented as well as learning to be a team member.
  • Will deal with other bank areas with will increase his understanding of there work.
  • Being familiar with international rules and regulations governing L/Cs transaction.

    Qualifications
  • University degree.



Knowledge/Experience:

  • 0 to 3 years of experience.



Skills:

  • Good command of English language.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage for this role
